Three people, including child, found dead in Northland home

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Three people including a child were pronounced dead in a Northland home on Monday morning.

The Kansas City Police Department announced that officers arrived to a house in the 8300 block of NW 90th Street just after 9:45 a.m. in response to a welfare check.

When they arrived, police found a boy who had died, as well as a man and a woman. All were victims of “apparent bodily trauma,” police reported.

Police said the investigation is being treated as a homicide.

Anyone with information has been asked to homicide detectives directly at 816-234-5043 or the TIPS Hotline anonymously at 816-474-TIPS. There is a reward of up to $25,000 for information submitted anonymously to the TIPS hotline.
