KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - The man alleged to have fired the fatal bullet at February’s Super Bowl rally shooting was indicted in Jackson County court Friday.

Dominic Miller was indicted on charges of second-degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.

Miller, 18, was alleged to have fired the gunshot that killed Lisa Lopez-Galvan. He was booked into jail on May 6 after spending nearly three months in the hospital.

Two other men, Lyndell Mays and Terry Young, also face the same charges as Miller.

A second-degree murder charge in the State of Missouri is a class A felony that carries a sentence of no less than 10 years and up to life in prison.

Miller’s arraignment is scheduled for Monday, June 10, at 2 p.m.
