KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Police in Kansas City are looking for two criminals who started a fire that destroyed a shawarma restaurant in Westport.

The Kansas City, Missouri, Police Department says that just after 2 a.m. on July 8, emergency crews were called to Haha’s Kebab’s and Shawarma on W. 39th and Wyandotte St. with reports of a fire.

When first responders arrived, they said the business was destroyed, however, security footage caught the culprits who started the fire. Two individuals could be seen lighting an object on fire and throwing it inside a broken window.

The rest of the footage showed the flames spread while the business was reduced to ash. Police also provided photos of the suspects and their vehicle, a white sedan. As of Wednesday, Aug. 8, no arrests have been made.
