KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A 15-year-old charged in the shooting death of Kansas City Irish chef Shaun Brady made his initial court appearance on Friday morning at the Jackson County Family Justice Center.

The judge overseeing the case ruled it would remain accessible to the public, despite the defense asking if the case could be closed to the public.

The teenager is one of two juveniles arrested Wednesday following a shooting near 63rd Street and Rockhill Road.
