Randi Mahomes dons ‘Make America Great Again’ hat ahead of Monday Night Football

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Patrick Mahomes’ mother has voiced her opinion ahead of Tuesday’s presidential election.
Randi Mahomes, in a video obtained by Outkick, donned a ‘Make America Great Again’ hat, showing her for Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump while inside a suite at Arrowhead Stadium.
“Make America great again,” Randi said in the video. “Let’s do it! Woo!”
Trump won the presidential election in 2016 against Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton to become the 45th President of the United States. In 2020, he lost to current President Joe Biden.

In September, Patrick Mahomes said he would not endorse either Donald Trump or Kamala Harris, evan as the former president continued to call his wife, Brittany, a er of his campaign.
“I don’t want my place and my platform to be used to endorse a candidate or do whatever, either way,” Mahomes said before heading out to practice ahead of a Week 2 game against the Cincinnati Bengals. “I think my place is to inform people to get ed to vote. It’s to inform people to do their own research and then make the best decision for them and their family.”
Mahomes’ comments about avoiding an endorsement came less than a day after popstar Taylor Swift, who is dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, endorsed Harris for the presidency.
Swift’s endorsement led Trump to say in a phone interview with Fox News on Wednesday: “I actually like Mrs. Mahomes much better, if you want to know the truth. She’s a big Trump fan. I like Brittany. I think Brittany is great.”
Randi’s endorsement came ahead of the Monday Night Football matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs (7-0) and Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-4).
