City manager says multiple cars found in Brush Creek as city works to clean, restore area

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - In an attempt to clean and restore Brush Creek, the Kansas City Parks & Recreation Department is draining the area.

That news was shared Thursday by city manager Brian Platt, via social media.

Platt said in the process of draining, officials found two cars on Thursday.

There’s no word on how the vehicles wound up in Brush Creek.
