KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - The Kansas City Police Department says three teenagers were injured in a shooting Monday night.

The shooting happened at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 9 near Budd Park and Quincy Avenue.

KD was called to the area for a reported shooting and responding officers found two victims with gunshot wounds. They were taken to an area hospital with serious injuries.

While at the scene, a third victim arrived at an area hospital with what is believed to be a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

All three victims are under the age of 18. The case is under investigation, and anyone with information is asked to the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS (8477).
