Chiefs-Broncos regular season finale to air on KCTV5 Sunday
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - There are a lot of questions facing the Kansas City Chiefs as they head to Denver to play the Broncos in the final regular season game of 2024.
The NFL answered one of those questions Sunday evening.
The league announced the 3:25 p.m. game will air on CBS Sunday, Jan. 5.
The Chiefs already clinched the division championship and a first-round bye. Now the decision is whether to rest quarterback Patrick Mahomes and other key players, or try to knock the Broncos out of the playoffs.

After losing to the Cincinnati Bengals in OT on Dec. 29, the Broncos need to win Sunday to get a postseason birth. If they lose to the Chiefs the Bronco’s season is likely over.
The two AFC rivals last faced each other on Nov. 10. The Chiefs won by just two points.
