Report of odor leads to fire investigation, damage at Olathe pet store
OLATHE, Kan. (KCTV) - An investigation is underway after someone at a nearby business smelled smoke and called for help.
Olathe fire crews responded to the strip mall near Santa Fe Street and Interstate 35 around 6:45 a.m. Friday.
Firefighters investigated and discovered a fire burning inside the Aquarium Wholesale store. The department shared video of the response on social media.

Firefighters extinguished the fire, but not before it caused notable damage to the building.
