KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - The Kansas City Chiefs have had a relatively clean injury report throughout their playoff run.

Wednesday, the Chiefs shared an estimated injury report for the first time ahead of Super Bowl LIX against the Philadelphia Eagles. The Chiefs did not practice at their facility on Wednesday, so all injury designations are estimates, but they fall in line with what Kansas City’s seen over the past three weeks.

Safety Bryan Cook and running back Kareem Hunt were both added to the injury report due to a quad injury but both were estimated to be full participants. Quarterback Patrick Mahomes (ankle), right tackle Jawaan Taylor (knee) and cornerback Jaylen Watson (ankle) were all also listed as full participants on the estimated report.

Mahomes has been listed on the injury report for the duration of the final three weeks of the regular season and the entirety of the playoff run following a high ankle sprain in a Week 15 game against the Cleveland Browns. He didn’t show any ill effects of the injury against the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship Game, rushing for a career-high two touchdowns in the 32-29 victory.

Part of the Chiefs’ late-season injury luck is a result of the earned No. 1 seed and playoff bye they earned via their regular season play. The Eagles, who were the NFC’s No. 2 seed, also released an estimated injury report on Wednesday. Philadelphia’s estimated report featured 10 players, including several stars who were given theoretical DNPs.

Super Bowl LIX will be played on Sunday, Feb. 9 at 5:30 p.m. CT.
