Local business up for recognition as USA Today’s ‘Best New Brewery’

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Kansas City locals can vote for Vine Street Brewing Company through late February for an award for USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.

Vine Street Brewing is nominated in the ‘Best New Brewery’ category.

The Kansas City, Missouri brewery is the state’s first Black-owned brewery, located in the 18th and Vine Jazz District. Co-founders Kemet Coleman, Woodie Bonds Jr. and Elliott Ivory incorporate the city’s rich music scene into their brewery.
