CLEVELAND, Ga. (WANF/Gray News) - Anyone with an extra $1.8 million can now seize the “rare opportunity” to own and operate a “thriving” nudist resort in the north Georgia mountains.

Serendipity Park in Cleveland, Georgia, is a 42-acre resort at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, about a two-hour drive from Atlanta.

According to the listing, the property is gated and includes a clubhouse, cafe, swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and a creek bordering the property, which offers ”a peaceful backdrop for leisurely nature walks.”

The property also has six fully equipped cabins, nearly three dozen RV sites, three pop-up camper sites and two primitive camping fields.

Whoever buys the property must agree to keep the property a nudist resort for at least 10 years.
