Olathe businesses raided, accused of selling illegal THC products

OLATHE, Kan. (KCTV) - Police served warrants at four Olathe businesses after they were accused of selling illegal products.

The Olathe Police Department helped the Kansas Department of Revenue during the raids on Friday, March 7.

Officers seized products thought to illegally contain THC from all four locations, according to the Olathe Police Department. The items will be tested by the Johnson County Crime Lab.

Any possible criminal charges in the case will not be filed until after the test results are available.

The case remains under investigation by the Olathe Police Department.
