After a short chase on foot, law enforcement officials said the driver became aggressive. Ultimately, a taser was used to bring him into custody. It was found the suspect had a revoked driver’s license and half a dozen active warrants out for his arrest.

Investigators that no other property had been damaged during the incident and no injuries were reported. A 33-year-old Gladstone man was taken into custody as a result. He was booked on charges relating to Valentine’s Law. As of Saturday, he remains behind bars on a $75,000 bond.
