We are First Warning you for widely scattered showers and few thunderstorms Friday, but severe weather is not expected. We will mix in plenty of dry hours with the brief rounds of rain.

Friday: First Warning you for scattered showers and thunderstorms. Expect the first round between 8am to noon and the second round from 3pm to 6pm. Nothing severe. Cool low 50s in the morning with afternoon highs in the mid-60s. Northwest winds at 5-10 mph. Evening plans after 6 pm look good!

Saturday: First weekend of May looks great! Grab the sunglasses, a hoodie and get outside and enjoy. Chilly start in the middle 40s with a mild afternoon in the middle 60s. North winds at 10-15 mph.

Sunday: Sunshine sticks around all weekend. Starting chilly again, middle 40s, with afternoon upper 60s. North winds at 10 mph.

Next Week: We are tracking a chance for showers on Tuesday and Wednesday. Current timing has the bulk of the rain Tuesday night and early Wednesday. It does not currently look like a severe setup, but wet weather could impact parts of both days.
