KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - An argument turned into deadly shooting at a southeast Kansas City gas station Saturday afternoon.

Kansas City police responded to the gas station at East 63rd Street near Blue Parkway Drive around 2 p.m. The shooting happened just blocks from Raytown’s city limits.

When officers arrived, they located the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency crews transported him to a hospital, where he died from his injuries.

He was identified on Thursday as 16-year-old Matim Nunley.

Detectives interviewed witnesses and reviewed surveillance video, but no one is in custody for the homicide.
