‘Nothing short of a miracle’: Shirt sales raise more than $380k for Graham Hoffman family
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - In nearly two weeks, an effort to the family of a firefighter-paramedic killed in the line of duty has raised more than $380,000.
E2 Embroidery & Screen Printing made a shirt in honor of Kansas City Fire Department paramedic Graham Hoffman, who was killed the morning of April 27 by a patient he was transporting to the hospital, according to court documents.

The company announced on Sunday that since the online store for purchasing the shirt has closed, E2 Embroidery & Screen Printing can report that it raised $381,500 for Hoffman’s family.
“Every dollar will be donated directly to his family, with love and from all corners of the world. What began as a Kansas City Metro initiative quickly grew far beyond what we could have imagined—reaching all 50 states, 14 countries, and numerous U.S. military bases," the company stated.
E2 Embroidery & Screen Printing stated in a social media post that it will print more than 36,000 items, hand fold each one and ship them to more than 32,000 addresses.
The company added that the initial planned shipping date of May 19 was based on an estimated “few thousand” purchases. With the volume of shirts it has sold and with just 16 employees, E2 Embroidery & Screen Printing has asked customers for patience.

The social media post stated that friends, family and even local departments have offered to volunteer their time to help with folding and packaging.
“From our small first responder family-owned business to you—thank you for your , your trust, and your patience," the post concluded. “This has been nothing short of a miracle, and we are honored to be part of it with you.”
