Comedian Shane Gillis adds summertime tour stop in Kansas City
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Rising comedian Shane Gillis is bringing his nationwide tour to Kansas City.
In response to “staggering demand” for tickets, the Shane Gillis Live tour is expanding with 11 new dates.
Gillis is set to perform at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City on Saturday, July 19, 2025, at 8 p.m. Presales begin May 13, but general tickets go on sale Friday, May 16th at 10 a.m.
The comedian recently wrapped a 28-city international tour that set all-time ticket sales records at six different arenas, according to a release. He first rose to prominence in 2021 when he released a self-funded comedy special, “Shane Gillis: Live in Austin.”
Gillis has since released a second special on Netflix, starred in the Netflix series “Tires” and hosted the late-night comedy show Saturday Night Live, among other accomplishments.
