Chiefs rewards program to see major changes

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Major changes are ahead for the Chiefs Kingdom Reward Program.
Going forward, only current season ticket holders will be able to participate in the program, as the point system is being shut down completely.
The site to sign up for rewards is out of order at the moment, and this announcement explains it will be back soon with a new name and ‘simpler experience’.
Before now, fans could log on to the app to rack up points for items such as an autographed ball or special experience at Arrowhead.
To date, there’s been no announcement about what, if anything, will become of points earned by those who are not season ticket holders.
