MANHATTAN, Kan. (KCTV) - Kansas State got a commitment from Bowling Green forward Marcus Johnson on Wednesday.

Johnson, a 6-foot-7, 265-pound senior, averaged 16.2 points, 50 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game last season. His commitment was first announced by On3′s Joe Tipton.

He’s the fifth transfer portal addition for the Wildcats this season and second to come from the MAC, with head coach Jerome Tang also g Akron guard Nate Johnson earlier this spring.

Johnson began his college career at Wheeling University, a Division II program.
