Columbia man indicted for illegal gun charge

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A Columbia man was indicted by a federal grand jury on illegal gun possession charges, federal prosecutors said Wednesday.
Twenty-six-year-old Victor S. Kee was charged with one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. He’s alleged to have possessed a privately-made gun that featured no serial number.
Kee had previous felony convictions for tampering with a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, burglary, assault, and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
The federal indictment claimed Kee was in possession of a Polymer80, Model PF940SC, 9mm pistol, with no serial number and 9mm ammunition.
