Traffic Alert on I-35: Car dangles in median between bridged highways

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - A car lost control and caused quite the scare on Interstate 35 northbound Thursday morning.
The call came in around 7:40 a.m. near Southwest Trafficway.
A compact car lost control and jumped the concrete barriers on the northbound side of the interstate.
The car was lodged between the jersey barriers, closing one lane in each direction, narrowly missing a fall down to the street below.
The driver was rescued safely, and tow trucks arrived to remove the car.
The ambulance was called as a precaution, but no one was hurt.
