KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Firefighters are investigating what started a fire that significantly damaged a house Saturday afternoon.

Olathe firefighters responded to the fire near 127th Street and Iowa around 1:45 p.m.

The fire department said it took firefighters about 20 minutes to get the fire under control. Video shared by the fire department shows the fire destroyed the back side of the house.

One of the three people who live in the house suffered a minor burn, but is expected to recover. The Red Cross is now helping them find a place to stay.
